Tolsun Waddle received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee in 2005 and his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006.
Prior to joining the firm in January 2010, Tolsun worked in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice group at Pepper Hamilton. While with Pepper, Tolsun focused on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation, including drafting and amending tax-qualified defined contribution, defined benefit, and health and welfare plans. Tolsun started his career with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where he focused on tax issues faced by partnerships, S corporations, and business trusts. Tolsun is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and represents labor unions, multi employer plans and plan sponsors in employee benefits and general tax matters.
