William Sanderson joined our firm in 2005 and practices in both the Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, NJ offices. Bill specializes in Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor rights. Bill handles all aspects of bankruptcy litigation from initial case review to Adversary Proceedings including but not limited to Discharge, Preference, Fraudulent Conveyance and Turnover actions. Bill is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Bill is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami.
