Sam Spear joined our firm in 1979 after receiving his law degree from the New York University School of Law, and became a partner in 1985.  Sam represents employees, unions, and employee benefit funds in the private, public, and federal sectors throughout the United States.  He has also written and lectured about various labor law topics to many union and professional groups. Sam 's clients include municipal employee unions, building trades unions, and unions representing office clerical workers, physicians, and other industrial, technical and professional workers.
