Martin W. Milz received his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law in 2004, where he served as an editor of the Temple Law Review. He
is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a
Bachelor's Degree in Labor Studies and Industrial Relations, with a
minor certification in Economics. Prior to joining the firm in June
2004, Marty served as a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow with Sheet Metal
Workers' Union Local 19 in Philadelphia.
Marty is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has
focused on representing employees, unions, and employee benefit plans.
As an associate focusing solely on the practice of union-side labor and
employee benefits law, he has represented clients across various fields
of employment, both public and private. As part of Spear Wilderman's
growing multiemployer practice, he has participated in withdrawal
liability matters at all stages, up to and including arbitration of
disputed assessments.
