After attending public schools in Southern New Jersey, Lee graduated from the University of Bridgeport with honors in 1978. Lee received his law degree in 1981 from the Delaware
Law School of Widener University.
Lee is a general civil litigation practitioner. His practice concentrates in the areas of family law, general business litigation, orphans court litigation, personal injury and
general civil litigation.
Lee has taught at the university level, as an adjunct professor at Philadelphia University, where he taught Business Law. He has been an invited speaker at events throughout the
country for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as for numerous state CPA societies.
Lee has also spoken on numerous business law topics, including accountant malpractice and the law related to Initial Public Offerings. He has lectured at the National Tax Academy, held yearly at the University of Illinois. He has also lectured for the Montgomery County Bar Association's continuing education courses.
