Charles T. Joyce graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1987, where he was an Editor of the Law Review.  From 1987 to 1989, he served as law clerk to the late John F. Gerry, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Since 1989, Chuck has been engaged in the practice of labor law, representing a variety of labor organizations and individuals. In 1995, he became a partner at Spear Wilderman.  Chuck also serves as an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association's Employment Panel. He is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
