Wendy Chierici is a shareholder of the firm and has practiced with the firm since graduating Rutgers School of Law in 1991. Wendy concentrates her practice in the areas of labor, employment, worker's compensation and general litigation.

 Prior to attending law school Wendy was a Vice President, Business Agent, and Organizer for the United Food and Commercial Workers Union in Philadelphia and in Fresno, California.  She has also worked as an organizer for the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees Union. Wendy is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and New Jersey Bar Associations.  She has served for a number of year on the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Committee for Professionalism. Wendy's clients include public employee unions, steelworkers unions, office and professional employee unions, and unions representing employees in the food service, manufacturing, health care and entertainment industries.
