Carson Gabriel Campbell received his J.D. from Duke University in 2007.  Prior to attending Duke, Carson graduated from Cornell's School of Industrial Labor Relations in 2002 with a Masters in Collective Bargaining and a concentration in Labor Law and the Labor Movement.

Carson comes to Spear Wilderman by way of Chicago, Illinois where he worked at both Morgan Lewis and Bockius and the FOP Illinois Labor Council.  While at the Labor Council, Carson represented the interests of organized police officers throughout the state of Illinois in a variety of traditional and non-traditional labor contexts.  Carson is admitted to practice in Illinois and focuses on employees, traditional labor, union representation and employee benefit plans.
